Since the location of the site is very close to the sea, we must solve two important issues about the lamps themselves.

1.Consider the corrosiveness of air components. If it is a general stadium light, because the material is too simple, and some anti-corrosion material components are not used, it is impossible to exist in such a special environment for a long time. Simply put, the life of the lamp will be directly doubled. But our GreenlightLED has already considered such a special environment from the fundamental design. Therefore, the use of our stadium light can completely ensure that the service life is the same as the general environment.

2.Damage from the hurricane. Since the site is on the seashore, even in normal times, the wind level may be stronger than in the inland environment. So if the design of the stadium lightdoes not consider the drag coefficient of strong wind. After installation, the position shift will occur, and in severe cases, it will be blown off by strong winds. Dangerous accident of falling from high altitude occurred. Greenlight LED has already taken this aspect into consideration when designing stadium light. Using the principle of air convection not only enables the stadium light to withstand the 17th grade typhoon, but also forms a good circulation system for the heat dissipation of the stadium light.

According to the information provided by the customer, we have customized a simple mounting bracket for the customer, so that the site can adapt to the installation of the Green light LED without modifying the original light pole, which also helps the customer save costs. And speed up the progress of the project.

The original power system can also fully adapt to the newly installed stadium light and reduce the energy output, making an absolute contribution to the later operating costs. The customer has expressed unconcealed joy when debugging.

There are a total of 8 poles of 21 meters in the baseball field, and 96 sets 600W led baseball field light have replaced the original 1000W lamps. The illuminance level is directly raised to a level. The infield reached 500lx and the outfield reached 400lx. The annual cost savings are expected to be half of the previous. The game experience has doubled.
